Cancellations & Late Arrival

Out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve a block of time especially for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured. Guests who cancel within less of 24 hours of their appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No show appointments will be subject to be charged 100% of scheduled appointment service and will no longer be able to rebook in the future.

If you know that you will be running late please text the salon at (985)-218-0503 to let your stylist know so they can make sure they can still accommodate you. Services for clients arrving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time or may be asked to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Stylist will not jeopardize running late into another guest scheduled time. Please understand that when you run late it puts everyone’s scheduled time back

 

Redo’s and Refunds

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!

Children & Guests.

I love children - however, please be advised that due to liability reasons, our inability to watch your kids, and the intimate studio environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. There are many things in the salon such as hot tools, wax, glass, and etc that could injure your child. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment and subject to a cancellation fee if childcare is not arranged outside the salon.

We ask that you do not bring any additional guest with you to your appointment unless they too are receiving a service.
